Commitment to privacy
Milvian Bridge Advisory LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information entrusted to the firm by prospective, current, and former clients.
Information collected
In the ordinary course of establishing and servicing advisory relationships, the firm may collect identifying, contact, financial, investment, account, and other information relevant to the services requested. Information may come directly from clients or from custodians, financial institutions, consumer reporting agencies, and other parties as authorized or permitted by law.
How information is used
The firm uses nonpublic personal information for legitimate business purposes related to establishing and servicing accounts, developing recommendations, processing transactions, communicating with clients, maintaining required records, satisfying legal and regulatory obligations, and protecting against fraud or unauthorized activity.
How information may be disclosed
The firm discloses nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties only as permitted or required by law and only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, satisfy regulatory obligations, or operate the firm. These parties may include custodians, broker-dealers, accountants, attorneys, auditors, compliance consultants, technology providers, and recordkeeping providers.
The firm may also disclose information to regulatory authorities, governmental agencies, courts, law enforcement officials, and self-regulatory organizations when required or permitted by law. The firm does not sell client information or disclose it to nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
How information is protected
The firm maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards reasonably designed to protect nonpublic personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Access is restricted to persons who require the information to perform professional responsibilities on behalf of the firm.
Retention of records
The firm retains paper and electronic records for the periods required by applicable law and thereafter disposes of them in a manner reasonably designed to protect against unauthorized access or use.
Former clients
Information about former clients is maintained and protected in the same manner as information about current clients and is disclosed only as permitted or required by law.
Website information
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or social-media tracking. It receives information visitors choose to submit through the inquiry form. Form submissions are transmitted through the website’s email-delivery provider to the firm’s mailbox.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Those providers may receive standard technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, and request time, under their own terms. Please do not transmit account numbers or other sensitive personal information through the website.
